Description
This weeping willow tree ink drawing was executed with black ink and dipping pens.
My favorite black ink is Black cat Ink that turns waterproof when dry. I use various nip sizes of dipping pens but have also become very fond of Japanese bamboo pens. They leave bold strokes and have to be re-dipped often. Especially for the weeping effect of this willow tree, I used a liner Brush

My Willow Tree Ink Drawing was featured alongside a wonderful poem “Some Tomorrow” by “Courtney Marie Andrews”. The poem seemed to have been written for me, that is how I feel! If you want to purchase an issue of SOUTHWEST REVIEW, I highly recommend it. It’s filled with essays, poems stories and more. Eclectic and carefully put together. Here is a link to their website

Ginette Fine Art on Facebook
You probably know that I am painting in oil and watercolors. Ginette fine Art has been around since 1999. My art career started on EBAY many moons ago. Eventually I created my own website and Ginette Fine Art Blog is where I share thoughts, words, experiences and I will be doing more of that. My art is what keeps me going. It’s been almost 30 years. I came to the US 32 years ago from Germany. Now I am a full time artist. It’s my life.
I have a blog post that is about my ink art approach etc. Check it out
