Why do we require a signature at delivery?

Sometimes a customer may find it inconvenient to sign or to pick up a package, if the delivery attempts took place and nobody was able to receive.

We understand the inconvenience.

However original art is irreplaceable, unlike with manufactured items, we can’t just mail a replacement. All of Ginette’s art is “One of  a kind”!

Therefore it is important to have a signature, to show when and to whom was delivered.

A signature by the recipient is therefore a MUST. We encourage our buyers, to be available to receive or pick up the package.

If you waive the signature or if you yourself reschedule a delivery and waive the signature, please be advised, this will VOID ELIGIBILITY for a REFUND and return policy. We must have a signature to see who received the painting and when, in order to give a full refund.

To discuss your return, please contact us as soon as you know there is a problem.

We will let you know when your painting is on it’s way,

please make sure you are aware of the arrival by following your shipment, using the tracking number.

All returns MUST be finalized within 30 days from the day your purchase was delivered.

We will issue a return authorization with the address you may return the item to.

If you have questions please contact us to clarify before purchase.

You probably know that I am painting in oil and watercolors. Ginette fine Art has been around since 1999. My art career started on EBAY many moons ago. Eventually I created my own website and Ginette Fine Art Blog is where i share thoughts, words, experiences and I will be doing more of that. My art is what keeps me going. It’s been almost 30 years. I came to the US 32 years ago from Germany. Now I am a full time artist. It’s my life.
