This is a small Georgia Brown Trasher Bird Painting. I had rescued this little bird years ago. One morning some children came to my door with an almost featherless, new born bird in a box. They explained they had found it in a backyard, where their parents cleared out brush and started burns. Looking at the poor shivering darling, I was afraid it would not survive, now that the people probably destroyed the nest.

I took the bird inside and raised it until it was grown able to take care of itself. 
Painted mostly with palette knife as you can see. If you like this painting don’t wait and buy it today. Shipping is free in the US. 
I chose a palette of  warm hues and some green and neutral accents, layered the colors on in lush knife strokes.
